Local Exchange & Refund Policy

In accordance with Bahrain’s Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 35 of 2012):
– Refunds and exchanges are allowed within 15 days from the date of receipt
– Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with a receipt
– Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
– Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect

International Exchange & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for international orders unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Conditions for Accepted Returns/Exchanges:
– Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
– Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
– Proof of error (e.g., photo) is required
– Exchanges processed after return is inspected

Not Covered:
– Customer’s change of mind or order error
– Customs issues or import duties
– Requests after 7-day period
